Occupying a site steeped in maritime tradition and history, Putney Wharf is a mixed-use masterplan development featuring luxury terraces, expansive apartments, heritage residences, waterfront dining venues and a 36-berth marina. Not traditionally thought of as a water front suburb, our integrated campaign positioned Putney Wharf as Sydney’s Hidden Harbourfront, complete with a graphic language inspired by international maritime signal flags that spell ‘Putney’. Utilising a diverse, video-centric media strategy, our campaign achieved exceptionally strong lead generation, culminating in $140Million in sales on the first weekend.
